“Saved the day!”

After having to quickly check out of a horrible hotel at the last minute and attempting to find a room on a Friday evening at almost midnight for me and my 2 children, the Holiday Inn was very accommodating. I actually stopped at another location off of 85, they didn't have any available rooms but called to this location for me (since I was an out of towner) to check if any rooms were available before I drove around all night. From the start everyone was ultra professional and helpful in nature! The service was great, the rooms were very comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!

My fiancée and I needed a place to stay for our trip to Charlotte, so we booked the Holiday Inn through Priceline. Now I would like to think of TripAdvisor as a reliable source for the reviews and photos. This hotel received horrible reviews and I don't know why. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. The hotel is very clean, hell there is someone cleaning the halls right now. Our room was very clean and spacious. The only reason this hotel didn't get a 5 was because of the televisions, I prefer LCD, which I did see in some of the other rooms. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and I will stay here again. Also, I would like to thank the GM, Linda Williams for communicating with me about the hotel. After reading the reviews I emailed her and she was very helpful and courteous.
